RUSAFE Missing & Exploitation Service in Buckinghamshire

Supporting children and young people in Buckinghamshire to strengthen their ability to recognise criminal and sexual exploitation. Follow up and assist young people who have returned from going missing.

We are seeking an experienced administrator who will support the team and service and be passionate about the young people we support.

The main tasks will be: 

• Daily updating and maintaining case files including missing reports
• Supporting the service manager with budget monitoring and maintaining budget accounts
• Using Oracle HR to input information for team members
• Completing H&S returns and a GDPR audit to evidence compliance
• Maintaining a petty cash account
• General admin responsibilities

We are looking for a unique person with a good team work ethic, who can demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail, numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to work with Microsoft office programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook, with a strong desire to work with a vulnerable cohort of young people who our service supports.
