The Authentication Services Team are responsible for the user experience with regards to authentication at Sky with such technology as Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, DNS and DHCP. The team has end to end responsibility for their platforms such as design, development & engineering, and operations.

What you’ll do:

•Provide on-call cover for out of hours support

• To provide BAU support to Authentication Services
• Deliver effective and timely Support for Authentication Programmes & Projects
• Identify and propose improvements to the services provided by the team
• To act as a bridge between technology and the business to fully understand requirements and then turn them into solutions
• To be accountable for running the quality of service for the platform
• Highly customer focused analytical approach to decision making and problem resolution with experience of prioritising multiple tasks and priorities
• Lead technical discussions across departments and partner companies

What you’ll bring:

• Solid hands-on background in technology operations, with demonstrable ability in a range of technologies including: Azure AD – Active Directory – DNS – DHCP – ADFS

• Several years of relevant industry experience in a large enterprise company
• Experience working in a platform support team in a high pressure, fast moving environment
• Experience in solving and analysing complex problems
• Ability to see and act upon potential issues, whether they are technical changes, processes or procedures
• Powershell skills
• Very high energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering an incredible service

Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway, and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Brick Lane:

The closest tube station is Aldgate East and Liverpool Street is about a 10-minute walk.
