“As part of Global OTT Technology, you’ll be joining us supporting multiple scrum teams on their objective to deliver a best-of-breed Video on Demand and Live OTT service for international audiences on Mobile, Tablet, Chromecast and AppleTV platforms. You’ll be primarily responsible for the analysis and sizing of product requirements to support major programmes delivered across NOW’s broad range of applications” – Lead Analyst

What you’ll do:

• Drive/lead analysis of requirements for new product features and ‘keep the lights on’ for our existing suite of Now Mobile Client Apps (iOS/Android/Chromecast/AppleTV)
• Work with Confluence and JIRA to document and break down requirements into epics and stories in an organised manner, conducting estimation sessions with development teams and supporting iterative development that increments business value
• Work closely with Product, Solution Architecture, UX and engineers to understand requirements and be able to clearly articulate it to your team and other stakeholders
• Protect mobile strategy and customer experience by challenging asks and assumptions with the goal of seeking better outcomes
• Work in a fast-moving environment with the capacity to adapt to change
• Develop, propose and drive improvements in our agile approach to analysis and software development processes
• Build-up domain-specific knowledge and share it with the wider team

What you‘ll bring:

• Experience in analysing and documenting complex business and technical requirements
• Experience with day-to-day agile technical analyst/product owner responsibilities (backlog refinement, planning sessions, showcases, capturing stories/cards/acceptance criteria etc.)
• Experience in planning and leading workshops with stakeholders at all levels to elicit requirements and capture process
• An understanding of application architecture concepts, ideally from a mobile app background, being comfortable working with solution architects and senior developers
• Experience in front-end products and, preferably, also back-end
• The capacity to work independently and on multiple projects
• An inquisitive mindset, being detail-oriented and with the ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity and manage changing priorities

The Office:

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.

On campus you’ll find six subsidised restaurants and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
