 The opportunity

 The primary purpose of the Senior Technical Analyst (Mobility) is to be responsible for conducting research and analysis, and evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements. The role provides subject matter expert advice to support the current solutions and assure all new or updated technology solutions are adhering to the organisation’s standards and best practices. The role ensures high-level analysis and advice is provided for current solutions, designs and implementations.

 As Senior Technical Analyst (Mobility), you will be expected to:

• Lead and support the operations team with customer incident management and regular maintenance activities.
• Lead the analysis of business requirements and identify opportunities, risks and issues.
• Conduct investigative work to identify, prototype and develop practical solutions, meet the business needs, and align to industry standards, and ensure that the team can deliver outcomes identified in the business plan.
• Develop a deep understanding of system functionality and design and conduct research and analyse options relating to business cases and deliverables to guide optimal decision-making.
• Manage and work with the technical team on key deliverables across workstreams to meet outcomes and goals.
• Perform technical solution assurance across deliverables, set standards for all new projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.
