Job Description

Back in 2020 Toll Group undertook a review of its Talent Acquisition (TA) function globally and built a brand new, best in class internal Talent Acquisition team to support and enable Toll in attracting best in class talent to achieve its organisational strategy.

This role is part of the TA Sourcing team and will have responsibility for driving excellence in the Sourcing function. This role will work closely with the HR and business leaders across the Toll group to provide proactive and strategic sourcing solutions to attract and engage with the best talent, now and into the future.  

This role will see you

• Lead sourcing assignments for the business to help them identify, attract and engage the best talent - fast
• Delivery of Sourcing ‘assignments’ which could include supporting Executive Search, talent mapping/pooling, succession planning or open roles
• Develop and execute against Sourcing plans for specific assignments
• Driving a proactive recruitment culture within Toll’s recruitment function 
• Contribute to the ongoing evolvement of Toll’s proactive Sourcing capability and effectiveness

Qualifications

Technical

• Undergraduate qualifications in Business and/or similar. Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources highly valued
• Over 10 years working experience in Talent Acquisition/Strategic Sourcing related roles
• Advanced open web sourcing expertise
• Previous in depth experience as a Sourcing Consultant or Recruiter either in an in-house function, executive search firm, recruitment agency or RPO
• In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and Sourcing
• Advanced experience and capability in the latest sourcing techniques & tools
• Hands on experience with best of breed Sourcing CRM tools

Business

• Proven experience in building strong relationships with candidates and the ability to maintain and build a strong talent pipeline
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Strong commercial acumen/skills with the ability to gather/analyse and interpret various sources of talent data
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Professional and strong presentation skills to senior level stakeholders
