Role Summary:
- Directly source the best talent in the market for a diverse range of Corporate Functions roles
- Develop strong relationships ‘high, wide & deep’ across the Corporate Functions hiring teams
- Define, develop, plan & implement recruitment and attraction strategies including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives to drive talent engagement to attract and recruit the best talent into CBRE GWS
- Act a trusted advisor to the business, developing in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors and recruitment markets
- Strategic recruitment advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy to source talent against needs and priorities
- Actively work with Talent Management to understand internal talent pipeline and promote opportunities across CBRE Business Lines
- Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent
- Take responsibility for delivering assigned TA “Strategic Road Map†initiatives in line with the CBRE GWS TA strategy
- Provides TA reports to the business and TA Leadership including TA metrics, workforce planning, providing insights into agency use
- Manage agency preferred supply chain and ensures appropriate agreements are in place
Experience Required:
- TA experience in UK and EMEA
- Recruitment technology - ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping
- In depth resourcing knowledge and awareness of current resourcing trends and innovations
- A passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all approaches
- Proven judgement and collaboration skills
- Knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build diverse candidate / talent pools
- Consistently leading through professional behaviours, using judgement, drive and influence
- Role modelling great customer service and relationship management
- Understands commercial and financial metrics
- Able to work in a matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders to achieve team goals
- Maintain a big picture view across CBRE Business Lines whilst managing effective day to day delivery
- Partners and participates actively across the TA team ensuring the sharing and implementation of best practices
- Inspire confidence and trust as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
- Stakeholder and customers engagement at all levels, both internally and externally
- High level of networking and relationship management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
