How would you like to take care of the IT systems for a rapidly-growing company? In this position, you’ll be part of a small yet experienced team, responsible for setting up and managing the IT systems for the staff in Prince George and other branch offices across BC and Alberta

This position will be based in Vancouver, with occasional travel to other branch offices across BC and Alberta

As an experienced systems administrator, you design your systems with security and reliability in mind. Of course, the odd user issue may pop up from time to time as well, which may require your attention. But through your careful planning and deployment, you keep these issues to a minimum. Then you can focus on the more juicy stuff, including projects, upgrades and deployments. 

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.

You’ll be working with some other IT professionals as part of the same team. So you’ll have other people to collaborate with, as you roll out new systems across the various Canadian offices.

Requirements

Here are some of the items that you'll bring to the table for this role: 

[-] You have been working as a systems administrator for five or more years

[-] You have experience working with the Microsoft suite of products, including MS Office365, M365 suite, Sharepoint, Teams, etc

[-] Experience with an MDM tool (e.g. MS Intune) would be an asset

[-] You are comfortable traveling to various sites around BC and Alberta from time-to-time

[-] Preference will be given to candidates who are currently in Vancouver with proper working permission to work in Canada

[-] No relocation or VISA sponsorship support will be offered for this role
