The Opportunity

Are you looking for a position that is challenging, rewarding and would involve working as part of a team?

This position will facilitate the provision of a seamless service for subdivision proposals, where the Subdivisions Team will work closely with and co-operatively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the development of attractive and functional communities within the confines of relevant legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for assessing applications for subdivision certification in accordance with relevant legislation, and to ensure that the Practical Completion and Statement of Compliance process for subdivisions operates efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for looking at process improvements in the subdivision area and be proficient in the use of the SPEAR system utilised during the subdivision process. You will also be required to provide other specialist advice on subdivision related matters and process as required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

A strong customer service focus

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

A strong knowledge of the subdivision process and relevant legislation
