As Senior Strategist at Sky Creative, you’ll lead the development of creative strategy for some of Sky’s biggest and most high-profile brands (e.g., Sky Max, Sky News, Sky Sport), new channel launches, as well as planning big budget campaigns across Sky’s most prominent business areas such as Sky Cinema, Product and Sky VIP.

What you’ll do:

• Work with our clients in Marketing to unlock creative solutions to business challenges and opportunities based on insight!
• Design and deliver coherent strategic frameworks to support fully integrated campaign development and help push our creative ambition.
• Craft clear, simple and inspiring creative propositions, briefs and briefings for the team at SCA.
• Present clear and coherent narratives in a confident manner to senior directors.
• Collaborate closely with creatives to help deliver brilliant work in a supportive and inspiring way.
• Advocate for the importance of creative strategy within and outside the agency, including thought leadership and training.

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record in creative planning with a strong understanding of brand, advertising and both ATL& TTL campaign development.
• The ability to work calmly under pressure and develop ways of working that are flexible to meet the changing needs of Sky at pace.
• Strong communication skills, including confidence influencing senior partners and steering a project throughout the business’ processes.
• Energy and determination to make Sky Creative best-in-class.
• Self-sufficient, with the ability to support and mentor junior members of the team.
• A passion for great entertainment/content, notably sport and/or movies.
• Ability to speak German and/or Italian is not essential but would be beneficial.

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
