The team today is energetic, eager to learn and willing to try new ways of working. The leader will be expected to lead the team in delivering great results continually with high quality. You and your team will be responsible for a large diversity of technologies and challenges, including traffic management, device management and automation, anomaly detection, monitoring and auto-recoveries, customer connectivity optimization, networking cost reduction, and many other challenging problems.

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent degree
• Excellent communication skills and cross group collaboration
• 6+ years of software engineering experience or networking engineering experience
• Proven track record as a strong and effective engineering leader -managing and growing successful teams
• Proven ability to establish trusted, effective relationships across diverse sets of stakeholders
• Strong customer focusand passion for doing the right thing for the customer
• Ability to quickly pick up existing concepts and employ new techniques and strong problem solving
• Knowledge of networking (including networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, ANYCAST) is a plus.
• Knowledge of traffic management is a plus
• Knowledge of networking device is a plus
