We, Developer Division China team, whose mission is to enable developers to unleash the power of Microsoft’s cloud platforms, is looking for multiple people who are passionate to deliver the tools and services which are to connect Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud, provide the great development experience to developers in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and help developers easily build the secure, compliant Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with other engineers, PMs and partner teams to

• Design and implement high quality, reliable tools, framework and services in Microsoft 365 dev tools and services on time

• Research and prototype the innovation ideas for optimizing the solutions for developers on Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Ensure that all the tools and services for Microsoft 365 app developers are monitored, healthy and highly reliable
• Leverage Azure and Microsoft 365 services and external open source tools to make our products perfect
• Be responsible for quickly detecting, mitigating and resolving any issues from customers in Microsoft 365 dev tools and services
• Drive the improvement of system architecture and engineering system

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with at least a major programming languages like node.JS, C#, Java, etc.

• Willingness to explore and apply innovation ideas, new approaches and technologies to improve our products
• Deep understanding of large scale cloud service development.
• Great problem solving skills
• Mindset of driving high quality software by adopting engineering best practices
• Strong teamwork skills – know how to support a point and incorporate different opinions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
