We are looking for strong motivated developers to help us improve our Customer Acquisition and Retention. As an engineer on the team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, release, and maintenance of new features to support our product. This is an agile, data-driven, and fast-paced environment, where engineers are empowered to innovate and take ideas from concept to scale.

Responsibilities

As a senior engineer, you will work with our key customers, understand their needs, and translate that into architectural investments to our platform to drive the next wave of investments. You will work with the architects across our group and other groups in Microsoft to architect, design and write code that brings the better together story. You will also drive a strong engineering culture and mentor the junior members of the team the team to write highly available services.

Qualifications

Required:
• 4+ years of experience developing scalable web services, SaaS offerings, and REST APIs
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Design, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required

Preferred:
• Experience with object-oriented language such as C#,C++, or Java
• Experience using agile software development methodology
• Comfortable with full stack development from middle tier to front end
• Experience with cloud technology stacks from Microsoft, Amazon, or Google.
