We are building a brand-new M365 experience for modern digital content creators. Modern-day content creators are everywhere at work, school and life creating content for school projects, event announcements, work updates for sharing on email, web pages, social media, blogs etc. This new experience focuses on image-based content creation providing great tools leveraging both the creativity & imagination of the creator along with state of the art AI technology to simplify the creation of beautiful, inspiring and compelling image-based communication and storytelling artifacts across all your devices.

Responsibilities

We are building a new team and are looking for senior engineers in Web full stack, services and mobile domains The candidate should have passion for designing, owning, and shipping software at high scale, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should have a deep understanding of the software development cycle, from design, architecture to testing. You’ll use data and experiments to inform decisions and validate conclusions. You’ll have a passion for quality and be a creative thinker. You’ll write secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable code, and then effectively debug it, test it, and support it. You’ll be excited to constantly learn new things and share those learnings with others around you to grow the capacity of the entire team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have:

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with fluency in web stack (JS, ASPX, REST services), high-scale services, an added bonus would be mobile apps
• Preferred experience working with ML/AI scientists to create intelligent functionality for users
• Excellent planning, partnership, execution, mentoring/coaching skills.
• Be an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams across geographies.
• Have a passion for customers and product quality.
• BTech in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
