We are looking for experienced software engineer with strong technical & excellent problem-solving skills, full stack development and ability to thrive in an agile world to help us achieve our bold goals. The ideal candidate will have a blend of deep technical skills in full stack development and experience working in Azure Cloud technologies, agile software methodology and DevOps. Candidate should be adept at applying their experience with a focus on problem solving and building an end to end solution. Candidate should be highly customer obsessed, own the service health and have a strong drive for high quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end features with full ownership and focus on quality, schedule, and engineering excellence.
• Design, develop and deliver complex enterprise applications using Microsoft Technologies
• Ability to scale up on solving design problems, helping Manager and Senior Engineers in team
• Code, Test, Deployment, Support of his/ her feature to be driven based on architecture parameters like Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability and Configurability
• Collaborate with rest of the team to drive decision making and roadmaps with focus on outcomes.
• Simplifying complex problems/ systems and excellent debugging skills
• Practice Reusing/ Sharing the code across different components.
• Designs and implement proof of concept as needed for solutions as an individual contributor
• Deliver solutions using the Agile Scrum methodologies
• Define/document best Practices in the technical areas assigned
• Lead and mentor junior developers in the team

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical roles, solid shipping experience as a software engineer with full stack.
• Hands-on experience in app development using ASP.NET, Azure PaaS services like Web apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, REST API, SQL and NoSQL
• React JS / Angular experience is a plus
• Experience in using Containers is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of design patterns and distributed system principles and the ability to communicate the rationale underlying design decisions
• Experience with agile software development methodologies using DevOps (CI/CD) practices
• Ability to thrive in an agile fast paced environment with a production mindset.
• Sound analysis, problem resolution, team building, judgment and decision-making skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
