Our team is responsible for the key sharing and collaboration scenarios across 365 suites and has a long history of shipping features that impact across Microsoft 365 family.

The Collab team works on a very broad set of problems and experiences spanning mobile and web. We own key UX and API to enable sharing and collab across 365 suites. We are partnering deeply with Teams and Office to unlock key scenarios for all modern document collaborations.

We’re looking for smart, agile, and intellectually curious engineers who love creating and building things that delight and protect our customers. You will be working with a team of amazing engineers, PMs and designers, and work closely with other teams across Microsoft to deliver large scale, distributed architecture and features to meet OneDrive and SharePoint’s core infrastructure and experience needs.

Qualifications

• You are a talented developer with at least 5+ years of Software Development experience with a proven track history of delivering great experiences to customers.
• You are truly passionate about software engineering, with a strong emphasis on agile development, and are eager to deliver a great e2e experience.
• You can empathize with our end-users’ needs and want to engage to help define their key experiences.
• You’re excited about the opportunity to act as a Tech Lead for a project to grow your leadership, influence, and architectural skills.
