As a software engineer on the team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, release, and maintenance of new features to support our product. This is an agile, data-driven, and fast-paced environment, where engineers are empowered to innovate and take ideas from concept to scale.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, user-delighting web experiences that look great across multiple devices, browsers, and surfaces
• Collaborate with partner teams to design, implement and deliver end-to-end systems and experiences
• Prototype and iterate on designs, while collaborating with other feature teams 
• Contribute to team-wide engineering investments
• Maintain an unwavering focus on Quality of Service and execute with high accountability

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience building accessible, maintainable, production-quality client code with JS/TS/React

Preferred

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Connector) and/or Conversational AI (Bot Framework, Power Virtual Agent, Adaptive Cards)
• A track record of working collaboratively to understand customer needs and creating solutions that positively impact customers.
• An eye for visual design and experience working with designers
• Passion for delivering high quality/delightful user experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
