Qualifications

Qualifications:
• BS degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with designing or operating large-scale cloud service

• 5+ years of programming experience with PowerShell, Python, C#, etc
• Experience administering Windows Server (2012+) Hyper-V, storage, networking, and security capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• A systematic mind with strong troubleshooting skills across network, storage, compute and distributed services layers
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOPS practices
• Ability to influence and drive results across multiple teams and divisions
• Ability to maintain composure during mission critical events and can lead others in a structured and thoughtful response to restore service, maintain SLAs, and feed experience into tangible improvements
• Flexible communication skills that can provide clarity to varied audiences that include customers, peers and, at times, executive leadership
• Excitement to roll-up sleeves and jump in on technical investigations, customer engagements, and project deliverables
