We are One Engineering System (1ES) - a part of Developer Services in Microsoft's Cloud and AI division. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

Software engineering practices and tools are always vulnerable to security and legal risks. In this position, you would help us enable engineers to develop more secure and compliant products without slowing down. These solutions impact all of Microsoft and Microsoft's solutions impact the world. What we do has never been more important.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and shipping high quality software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing distributed cloud architectures and infrastructure
• Customer empathy
• Experience with and passion for agile and sustainable software development
• Experience designing, building and operating highly available, highly reliable systems
• Genuine love for technology and teamwork
