We are looking for a motivated and talented Software Engineer to help us ensure that our tools and engineering systems meet industry and Microsoft-specific security requirements, with the least overhead on our engineering teams. We focus on providing the right guidance, documentation, tools, and visibility to the engineering teams with minimal or, ideally, no impact on their productivity.

Responsibilities

·         Evaluate and improve the security of internal tools and engineering systems.

·         Partner with additional Security Teams on secure engineering systems policies and secure development best practices for Gaming.

·         Ensure our engineering systems and tools incorporate secure development policies and practices.

·         Engage in broader security related 343 studios efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a security engineering, service engineering, software engineering, or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience with security products, threat modeling, security design, infrastructure security, security architecture, cryptography, and broader security technologies.
• 5+ years of development experience in C/C++ and C#.
• 3+ years of development experience with Azure products and services.
