“The Atom CMS department is looking for a Senior Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience to join our software development team and assist us with our multi-lingual, multi-national Content Management System. You’ll work in tandem with the existing scrum masters and delivery manager to organise and manage feature development squads” – Delivery Manager

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives)
• Communicate project status and risks to upper management
• Manage projects in JIRA
• Act as a vocal and proactive team member, leading our teams to successful project delivery
• Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to develop and implement corrective actions
• Act as a ‘People Manager’, including staff admin and performance reviews
• Ensure timely completion of high-quality deliverables
• Above all else, foster a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun

What you‘ll bring:

• At least 3-years experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum/Agile techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem solving and conflict resolution ability
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Scrum Master certification (plus)
• Content Management System domain knowledge (strong plus)

The Office:

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.

On campus you’ll find six subsidised restaurants and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
