Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the roadmap and prioritisation of all Retail POS & Payment initiatives within Harrods. The Retail Systems Manager will provide delivery management for a portfolio of POS & Payment initiatives and related systems as identified as part of Harrods IT Retail Strategy.
You will be responsible for the leadership of the teams that deliver both the Retail and Restaurant POS & Payment services into Harrods, and responsible for their performance and development. You will work with Senior IT leadership and business stakeholders to communicate priorities, strategy, and ensure key requirements are clearly defined enabling Harrods to offer an unrivalled in-store experience.

Harrods IT provides the technologies that support all of Harrods operations, including our luxury store in Knightsbridge, trading locations across the country and internationally, Hammersmith Head Office, Thatcham Distribution, Harrods’ Airports, H Beauty, H Café, Harrods Estates offices, satellite offices and remote workers.
As the Manager for the Retail Systems team, you will oversee day-to-day operations as well as owning the strategic roadmap for the Harrods POS & Payment platform and manage the relationship with our partner (Enactor), being the key point of contact for all initiatives from delivery of projects to the prioritised list of continuous improvements.
