The job:

• All aspects of end-to end recruitment - connecting quality candidates with clients
• Understand clients needs and their retail/fashion/digital business drivers
• Take pride in being the best in all aspects of the recruitment process - reference checking, advert writing, interviewing, searching, candidate & client management

Who are you:

• Experienced recruiter (agency or internal) in any sector that can transfer skills to the digital/fashion/retail space. This could include office support, IT, Sales and/or Supply Chain.
• Good at what you are do & looking for a boutique more caring, supportive & rewarding environment where you don't spend half your time doing BD
• OR you have success in a sales/retail/fashion environment and want a change
• Results driven, outgoing, confident, well spoken, an achiever, who takes pride in what you do.
