What’s the job?

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join their team. You will be part of the Commercial Team and will be responsible for delivering successful tender bids in the best interests of the company. You will also be required to have the skills to add value to early contractor involvement through concept and budget estimating.

Ideal Candidates

• A minimum of 10 years of tendering/estimating experience combined with a related qualification to Quantity Surveying
• Technical proficiency and understanding of commercial, residential, and architectural residential construction
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans/drawings
• Strong computer literacy
• Able to lead and be part of a team to deliver a common goal
• Thorough understanding of New Zealand construction methods and systems
