Family feel to the team and a chance to benefit from some actual perks such as; 4 day working week 32hrs (Still get paid for 5 days per week) Flex working - Hybrid or Fully Remote working available Roles and Responsibilities You will be a senior member of the Engineering team, working on business critical applications with customers all over the world, be a catalyst for cleaner code, improved tests and more scalable solutions. 

Other responsibilities will include; Writing code that sets the standard for quality and maintainability. Working with key stakeholders effectively to make well-reasoned design and technical decisions, identifying potential risks and trade offs. Championing clean code principles and test driven development. Collaborating with your team as well as the Customer Success and Product teams to seek an understanding of the business context of the customer, anticipating and building according to strategic drivers for the customer's business environment. About you You will be an experienced Software Engineer who has multiple years' experience in a software engineering function.
