About the Role:

This role is critical to the re-development of their existing property and will involve a significant amount of stakeholder management and delivery of high end office functionality.

The key responsibilities in the position include:

• Project involvement from establishment phase through to completion
• Compliance with legislative requirements
• Health and Safety management
• Developing strong internal and external relationships

About You:

Ideally you will be an experienced PM with a number of significant projects completed sucesfully and looking for a new opportunity with a high profile client. 

• Extensive experience leading projects of varying risk and value including business case development, implementation, delivery, and benefits realisation.  
• Good relationship management skills and a collaborative and engaging approach with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across the unit and other departments.
• Strong but fair negotiation skills to enable you to direct our contractors and consultants as appropriate.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and practices, including for construction contracts.
