In this role you will lead and be responsible for the E2E delivery of Programmes/Projects within GOTs Technology Roadmap worth tens of million pounds of investment and you will work and collaborate with Architects, Analysts and Engineering Leads to initiate, plan, manage and track deliverables/milestones, maintaining an active Roadmap. This is truly an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager seeking a new challenge.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning of complex OTT Programmes and initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams
• Have a forward-looking view of how GOT resources are being deployed on the roadmap, tracking capacity/budgets and escalating any contention
• Manage the end-to-end view of GOT delivery across back-end and front-end, including milestones, benefits, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Anticipate major risks and issues, working collaboratively with the different Departments to proactively recommend creative and pragmatic solutions in situations such as: resource contention across GOT delivery; lack of alignment
• Build and Manage relationships across all of GOT that contribute to the deliveries
• Have exertise and experience in establishing governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for governance and delivery of change initiatives, and that align with organisational practice.
• Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to communicate scope or milestone changes clearly to ensure buy in throughout the organisation

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record of technical delivery spanning multiple years in a senior role
• Solid project management and execution skills particularly when applied to agile environments.
• Strong leadership, with motivational skills including the ability to inspire lead throughout all levels of the organisation
• Relevant technical experience, ideally with an understanding of OTT, Streaming services
• The ability to maintain a high-level, customer-focused, strategic outlook but get into the detail when an issue requires it.
• The ability to think strategically and tactically about technical and cross-functional issues and aptitude (and experience) communicating and collaborating across teams
