This role is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse Project and Programme management team working across a diverse portfolio covering sales & service, data, devices, and content within Global OTT. As part of Global OTT, we ensure that engaging large, diverse audiences with premium entertainment is possible and our vision is to deliver the world’s best entertainment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning of complex projects and initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with delivery teams across product and technology.
• Excel at promoting the wider public good in all actions, acting in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders, members of project teams and the wider organisation
• Be proficient in managing project schedules, resource allocation plans, project risks and issues, escalating any threats or opportunities to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Excel in project reporting, covering overall project status, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Partner with programme, product, delivery, analyst engineering and test leads to ensure that project deliverables are developed and delivered to production as efficiently as possible.
• Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to communicate scope or milestone changes clearly to ensure buy in throughout the organisation.

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record of delivery, ideally with at least 5 years in a project management role
• Can think strategically and tactically about product, technical and cross-functional issues.
• Strong leadership, motivational skills including the ability to inspire and lead throughout all levels of the organisation.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
• Relevant project management experience, ideally working in a fast-paced industry.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
