We are looking for a Senior Projects Advisor to support the delivery of all Plant Projects at Robe Valley.

Reporting to the Superintendent Projects Robe Valley and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will:

  • Provide leadership and support to the site Construction Advisor team;
  • Early engagement with the Project Engineers to ensure the project preparation sets up for safe and successful project delivery;
  • Management of Advisor allocations, rosters, and ensure development needs are met;
  • Assist in the delivery of Sustaining Capital Projects ensuring safe delivery of a quality product whilst adhering to scheduled timelines;
  • Be a single point of contact for stakeholder and end user engagement across the regional sites;
  • Coach and train construction advisors in RTIO safety systems and Deliver RTIO/Sustaining Capital safety system updates and improvements.

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team;
  • Demonstrated skills in a Project Supervisor role within the resources industry;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Contractor management experience highly regarded;
  • Exposure to CRM Process and Systems will be highly regarded;
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office including Project and Excel;
  • A current and valid manual ‘C Class’ driver's license.

It will also be beneficial if you have:

  • Front line management or other relevant leadership development qualification;
