Are you an experienced Program Manager looking for an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing solutions in compliance?  Does the prospect of building critical cloud services that offer immense value excite you?   The mission of our team is to help customers find the information they need when they need it most. We are seeking a Program Manager who can help define and drive this important charter. 

  

Candidates should be passionate about delivering intuitive solutions to complex problems.  Enterprise think of eDiscovery as a P0 solution and have blocked adoption of cloud services such as Teams due to key asks.  There will be near term (tactical) and long term (strategic) elements, including collaborating with partner teams to deliver on key investments to make cloud migration safer. 

Responsibilities

Success will come from developing product strategies that meet market needs to assure continuous market share gain and relevance.  You will be develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in engineering, marketing, finance, support, field, and customer advisory boards.  Your positive outlook and commitment to collaborating with a strong team of PMs will help build the inclusive culture needed to succeed in this highly competitive market.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management
  • Strong product management experience
  • Proven track record in shipping cloud scale services
  • Experience with eDiscovery software and services 
  • Advanced technical problem solving skills. 
  • Passionate customer advocate. 
  • Relentless drive for results. 
  • Coordinates well with multiple partners in different time zones 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and project management skills. 
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills that require influencing peers and leaders to embrace best practices and align to engineering goals 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent on-the-job experience.
