Who are Lloyds Banking Group?
Lloyds Banking Group is the UK’s leading digital franchise, with over 13 million active online customers across our three main brands - including Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland - as well as the biggest mobile bank in the country. We're building the bank of the future, and we need your help.
About the role
We believe that people don't fit neatly into roles, and we value everyone's individual skills, experience, and knowledge — it's what makes you awesome!
In this role you'll have the chance to define new propositions, products and capabilities, as well as shaping new ways of working. You'll have wide visibility across the Group Leadership Team and the opportunity to influence on some key decisions.
Here’s how you’ll make a difference
Releasing incremental value contributing towards a complete product, your main goal is to release value for customers (internal and external) by ensuring that the teams are working on the right priorities.
Operating decisively within a complex environment to deliver high quality outputs and challenge the status quo, we're looking for you to develop a culture of innovation and collaboration, role modelling a customer-centric approach at all times.
Creating an environment in which people bring out the best in themselves by providing autonomy and ensuring they feel safe to experiment.
What we need from you
You’ll build and galvanize the team around a common vision which will be the essence of your product: what are the problems it is solving, for whom, and why now is the right time to build it.
Hands on knowledge of API
You’ll be able to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues to influence and deliver the product roadmap and to build a team of teams environment across the bank. Working closely with leaders and executives, you’ll craft what your product and capabilities enable and how to exploit its value to reach desired outcomes.
To collaborate with your network of FinTechs, the Industry Bodies, the Regulators and the wider Digital Transformation and Business community to source data and insights, understanding threats and opportunities.
To be the enabler of a thoughtful prioritisation by evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas and requests to eliminate wasteful practices and deliver customer value in the quickest possible way, given a variety of constraints.
So what can we offer you in return
Join us and be part of an inclusive, values-led culture that celebrates diversity, equal opportunity and provides opportunities for flexible working.
Whatever your aspiration, you can also expect excellent benefits, personal development, and a career that’s enriching and full of opportunity.
We're really keen to support all our colleagues in finding new opportunities so if you're interested in one of our roles but have concerns about flexible working arrangements or additional support, please contact our Hiring Managers who will be happy to discuss how we could support you in role.
Together we’ll make it possible…
At Lloyds Banking Group, we're driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain recover. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, businesses and communities. With us you'll have a key role to play in shaping the financial services of the future, whilst the scale and reach of our Group means you'll have many opportunities to learn, grow and develop.
We're focused on creating a values-led culture and are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Together we’re building a truly inclusive workplace where all of our colleagues have the opportunity to make a real difference.
