‘As a Senior Product Manager, Personalisation, you will lead some of our most complex and high priority projects at Sky which directly impact our customers and deliver business value. You’ll be responsible for delivering high standard projects that require complex management and coordination across multiple teams.’

What you’ll do:

Strategy and Ownership

• Own and manage the product objectives and key results, roadmap, vision, and priorities, driving login and personalisation for the best product experience
• Take accountability for defining customer and business problems and turn them into compelling strategies.

Discovery, Definition and Delivery

• Run product development lifecycle from discovery through to definition, make decisions to deliver incremental value and manage a broad range of stakeholders at varied levels to get to the desired outcome.
• Pick up a complex problem and drive the initiative forward with well thought through decisions when presented with partial or ambiguous data.

People Management and Development

• Lead teams to focus and deliver the objectives and key results.
• Raise standards and drive consistency across the team through developing tools and frameworks.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of delivering personalised experiences, preferably within a digital product and media environment.
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and a high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development and understanding of Agile principles.
• Excellent communication with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire colleagues and business areas to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Balance of technical knowledge and eye for business to shape features, influence product propositions and strategy.
• Highly analytical and have a proven record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first approach.

Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Leeds:

Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available from Granary Wharf. There’s also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

You can also blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.
