Key Responsibilities:
Developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to help understand service requirements and refine specifications to form tender documents and help deliver value for money outcomes.
Identifying and delivering procurement initiatives that provide value to the company’s Capital Works program.
Coordinating the ‘end to end’ tender process for large volumes of procurement activity.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Infrastructure Procurement Group, Property Delivery team, and Infrastructure & Digital team.
Monitoring the delivery of services over the duration of a contract and ensuring supplier.
Requirements:
Hold a tertiary qualification in related field
Understanding and experience of NZ Public Sector Procurement (preferred).
The ability to take constructive feedback and use it to improve areas for development.
