Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to help understand service requirements and refine specifications to form tender documents and help deliver value for money outcomes.

• Identifying and delivering procurement initiatives that provide value to the company’s Capital Works program.

• Coordinating the ‘end to end’ tender process for large volumes of procurement activity.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Infrastructure Procurement Group, Property Delivery team, and Infrastructure & Digital team.

• Monitoring the delivery of services over the duration of a contract and ensuring supplier.

Requirements:

• Hold a tertiary qualification in related field

• Understanding and experience of NZ Public Sector Procurement (preferred).

• The ability to take constructive feedback and use it to improve areas for development.
