Job Description
As a key member of the Everyday Rewards Partnership Development team in the Customer Advocacy Practice at WooliesX, the role will serve to identify, negotiate, contract and sign new loyalty partnerships and ensure a successful onboarding and transition to the Partnerships Management team.
In the role you will
- Identify sectors in which a new loyalty partnership would benefit members and the program
- Identify preferred prospective partners and potential alternatives
- Lead development of financial modelling and identify preferred partnership models to maximize member value and meet commercial objectives
- Lead engagement and presentations of opportunities to senior prospects
- Shape partnership and negotiate commercial terms in line with roadmap
- Drive term sheet negotiations to align on key commercials, drive full contract negotiations to signature
About you
- Experience in similar role negotiating complex partnerships and/or ventures between large corporations
- Demonstrated experience with Loyalty programs
- Self starting, innovation, ideas person, experience in new business, proven track record of ideation, creativity and ability to translate concepts into action and results
- Strategy, consulting or business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships at executive level
- Track record of managing and delivering change as well as results
- Business degree/qualification
