Reporting into the Partner Manager, the Senior Partner Executive will be responsible for the following:
Strategic Planning & Loyalty market expertise:
- Able and accountable to plan and manage multiple workstreams/projects not just campaigns
- Ability to largely manage their own workload and priorities whilst also giving direct reports support on this as needed
- Able to give guidance on the strategy behind campaigns e.g develop a strategy to drive redemptions
Commercial:
- Ability to own and develop the account revenue forecast
- Accountable for up to £20m bonus point revenue of your partner organisations
- Knows in detail the key commercials of their account
- Constantly aware of all impacts to revenue and key drivers e.g cancelled, under / over performing campaigns
- Ensures regular communication across the team on performance
- Aware and able to articulate key contractual clauses and monitoring of these
Relationship Management:
- Seen as the 'go-to' person internally and externally for Partner
- Owns, creates content and leads the monthly meetings
- Ability to effectively influence as required for the role, including within their team, in other teams and externally
- Works closely with the Insight Manager to ensure alignment and key insights are available for key projects
- Ability to solve / troubleshoot day to day issues and propose solutions
- Confident in attending/ leading meetings with Partners on their own and dealing with any uncertainties that come up as part of BAU
Thought Leadership:
- Aware of what's happening in the loyalty space, proactively shares an opinion on this
- Proactively shares relevant developments with Partner and internal team
What we’d like you to have:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a marketing role
- Good knowledge of Direct Marketing/CRM is essential
- Confidence in dealing with clients
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude - able to use initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Web experience is desirable
