The Role 

As Vodafone Senior OSS Engineer for MPN (Mobile Private Network) you will be accountable for design, development, and deployment of OSS across European markets in line with business units and technologies areas within the MPN framework.

This RDM (Resource Domain Management) role compromise the whole lifecycle management ( design, modelling, execution, monitoring and optimization) of system is RDM scope domain such as EMS from different vendors, VNFM, backup & Restores solutions, Identity Manager, etc.

Technical skills and soft skills need to work together in this job as you will be responsible to execute complex project and contribute within a multinational team representing OSS in the relevant cross technology programmes.

With us, you will:

• Analyses and evaluates the business requirements in accordance with the Demand Management Process. Translates into them into Solution Designs ensuring a properly delivery on  time, scope and budget.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle, coordinates suppliers during the design, development and implementation phase in accordance to the Delivery Management Process keeping a whole alignment with the project stakeholders.
• Continuous alignment of business requirements with product roadmap and vendor management seeking the most suitable solution covering the business needs.
• Involving and aligning different domains and playing a cross country role looking for harmonize and reusable solutions

• Experience on mobile operator environment in the files of Mobile, Core & Cloud.
• Excellent skills on SW architecture and OSS solutions.
• Experience on deliver strategic programs
• Very good communication and information skills.
• Strong customer orientation and analytical & systematic way of working
• Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and drive change
• Professional leadership competence for the decisive shaping of special topics and representing positions, e.g. in workshops and working groups
• OSS/BSS expertise in the solution design field.
• Security by design following group policies.
•  Good understanding of 

1.  network topologies and standards
2.  databases and operating systems
3.  TCP/IP protocols
4.  Automation and zero touch configuration solutions.
