About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor in our Reigate office.

This is a critical (full time) team position reporting to the CDF EMEA Operations Manager, responsible for the interaction between our outsourced Operations Team based in India, our EMEA Service & Delivery Teams (customer service) and our local Operations Team based in Reigate/UK.

The core responsibilities of the CDF Senior Operations Processor are to ensure all invoice & cash booking and funding activities across EMEA are undertaking in an accurate and timely manner by our outsourced Team providing best in class services to our customers. To meet such performance standards the Operations Processor will need to ensure all training materials are up to date and policies & procedures are followed. Working in conjunction with the outsourced Team key point of contacts (Manager, Team Leader and Administrators) to review Key Performance Indicators, workload, outstanding queries and Team Member training needs.

The Operations Processor is seen as a subject matter expert and therefore will need to be able to perform all invoicing, cash and funding activities. Accountable to review existing processes, challenge the status quo, seek automation and simplification initiatives leveraging Global Operations expertise available. Able to utilize available data & metrics to drive change and decisions and be accountable to deliver with minimal supervision on small to medium projects, working to set timelines and ensuring appropriate progress reporting and escalation communication.

The Operations Processor will play a key role within the Operations function and be able to make key decisions (within their remit), resolve complex queries, build longstanding relationships, communicate and influence across the CDF EMEA organization (Risk, Commercial, Controllership & IT) at various levels to ensure no delay in invoicing, cash and funding activities, as well as being the key point of contact for audits and business process mapping activities.
