The Senior Manager, Seller Experience and Platform Operations is responsible to establish performance reporting in Seller Center, oversee the technology roadmap, develop strategies to improve Seller visibility and action on key operational metrics to drive positive improvements in Seller and Customer NPS as well as work with cross functional teams to deliver on key Marketplace objectives. With a combined growth and operational mindset this leader will work with cross functional teams to establish the Marketplace tech and compliance roadmap and enable Sellers to improve on trust and quality through better reporting and visibility into their business on walmart.ca This role will lead the augmentation and continual evolution of tech needs to make walmart.ca Marketplace a competitive platform.

• Develop a Seller Success program, to ensure that sellers have access to valuable data, analytics, and insights tools to drive effective business decisions, and understand the performance expectations on the Walmart.ca platform.
• Create and manage a technology and Business roadmap to deliver the vision of Marketplace. Integrate International Marketplace Development technology objectives into the Canada Market MP roadmap. Own the relationship with BI/Data team to develop a reporting and analytics roadmap for Canada Marketplace.
• Lead the process to drive customer and seller satisfaction scores for the Canada Marketplace team. Ensure the Marketplace business team is aware of opportunities and priority areas to respond to customer and seller feedback.
• Partner with Compliance teams to develop and optimize programs relating to Seller vetting, prohibited products, seller agreement, and other trust & safety initiatives.
• Manage compliance programs and initiatives, including audit requirements, tax legislation changes and translation regulations.
• Lead the Payments program, including relationship with 3rd party providers and identification of internal process improvements.
• Scope requirements for new payment providers to be added to the Canada Marketplace platform.
• Explore new systems and platforms to continue to develop our communications and contact management capability.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management or strategy development, combined with cross-functional business experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort influencing others to meet commitments is a requirement.
• Organized approach and proven ability to work across a diverse set of functional areas is an asset.
• Strong written and oral communication skills is a requirement.
• Experience in Retail Merchandising or e-Commerce is an asset.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project is an asset.
