The Opportunity

In this job, you’ll be accountable for brilliant delivery management of transformed customer journeys, that support Consumer’s strategic roadmap; ensuring successful end to end delivery planning and execution.  You will lead a team of delivery managers and scrum masters, and design an optimised delivery mechanism to ensure we can achieve our goals. You’ll work in conjunction with CIO and S&T, to enable e2e and front to back customer solutions to be delivered and business outcomes achieved.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for e2e delivery planning and alignment for our ecosystem platforms, assuring and tribe/squads outcomes within and across Digital areas.

• Responsible for dependency management across Digital

• Leads a high performing team of Digital delivery managers and scrum masters, and ensures they are organised with clear accountabilities to create a robust and improving delivery mechanism.

Who you are

• Experience of managing multi project portfolio

• Proven stakeholder management

• Project management accreditation

• 3 years experience in traditional project management techniques and 2 years experience in Agile/similar delivery methodologies

• Strategic thinking and planning; driving successful project/portfolio management and delivery 

• Expertise in all delivery methodologies in Digital to support effective delivery – agile and waterfall

• Commercial acumen; Clear understanding of the Digital investment priorities
