About the Team

The Financial Planning & Analysis team at TalkTalk are responsible for delivering all Group-wide planning and reporting requirements and supporting the CFO in ensuring we deliver on the performance targets of the Group. The team is also responsible for preparing all Investor Relations reporting and analysis.   

About the Role

The Senior Finance Manager (Investor Relations) will support the FP&A Finance Director in delivery of the Group’s Investor Relations activity. This includes investor reporting, market analysis and responding to investor queries.

The role will work directly with senior stakeholders to ensure investor materials are prepared, reviewed and supported with supplementary briefing materials as required.

The role will require a strong understanding of the Group’s strategy, financial performance and an appreciation of the needs of the investment community. 

The role will support delivery for all investor relations activities across the Group. This includes:

•    Working with the Group Reporting team to review the monthly and quarterly CFO Report ensuring it meets the requirements of key investors

•    Work closely with Financial Reporting and Group Reporting team to manage the process and output for quarterly, half-yearly and full-year investor reporting

•    Develop and manage the year-end reporting timetable including non-financial inputs

•    Manage investor relations processes including setting up lender presentations and key meetings

•    Ensure senior stakeholders (CEO and CFO) have all information required for key investor meetings including results announcements and individual Q&A sessions

•    Manage ongoing investor Q&A

•    Review market analysis and prepare internal analysis where relevant and appropriate
