The Senior Manager Employee Engagement develops and ensures the delivery of an effective listening strategy to enhance employee experience and promote Sky’s brand, values and culture across the group.

What you’ll do:

Increasing and improving the quality of Sky’s people survey & forum management

Increasing employee affinity to the Sky brand

Generating meaningful insight from employee engagement to shape future strategy and enhance employee experience

Defines and develops best-in-class experience for the group’s people survey.

Defines and develops a clear People Forum strategy and roadmap

Works with People teams to leverage surveys, and other communication channels to ensure ongoing measurement and evaluation of employee engagement and experience

Works with People Partners to initiate action plans post people survey results. Articulates to leaders the benefits of our people participating in the people surveys to identify engagement challenges & opportunities

Understands legal requirements in different countries in relation to how employee surveys can be developed and deployed.

Create the content for the people Forum’s agenda by gathering input from key stakeholders.

Ensuring the People Forum keeps engaged and contributes to relevant people initiatives

What you’ll bring:

An engagement expert, with experience of deploying employee surveys.

Expert at working with data and insight to drive engagement-related decisions.

Able to find creative solutions, adapting plans to respond to circumstances.

Demonstrate a customer-first mindset, able to deliver an exceptional people experience and results without compromising efficiency.

Able to set a clear plan and drive delivery.

Ability to work at pace in a rapidly changing environment

Proven track record of effective stakeholder management at a senior level

A clear communicator, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation.

Exposure to operating in a matrix, international environment, being sensitive to local market requirements. .

Able to understand and translate business objectives into performance management strategy

Ability to find creative and innovative solutions.

Osterley

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
