The scope of responsibilities of the team includes monthly payments, promotion, trade in, subscriptions and upgrade, and carrier management programs.The EMEIA Commercial Programs Manager plays a meaningful role in implementing and influencing key Retail priorities across Monthly Payments, Trade In and Carrier Programs.
The EMEIA Commercial Programs Manager drives a transformative customer experience for Apple Retail in Europe by developing innovative strategies and compelling commercial programs for our customers. This role leads the EMEIA team responsible for designing Retail’s affordability strategy and operating and implementing our key regional programs including Apple Trade in, iPhone Upgrade program, financing solutions and promotional offers. This leader will understand our country and program level performance and make key recommendations on ways to optimise and expand based on performance as well as market trends and insights. The role ensures local feedback is cascaded to the AMR/WW commercial program team to support innovative approaches in alignment with the needs of the market. Interacts very closely with the broader Global Retail Support (GRS), Finance, Apple Online Store teams, Apple Financial Services and Retail Fulfilment Operations partners on opportunities for change to current operations, in line with the business objectives.The EMEIA Commercial Programs Manager has strong accountability to the business priorities and financial planning. They lead a local team delivering on medium to large size, global and cross-functional initiatives focused on analysing performance and customer experience and making recommendation on adjusting business strategy and offerings.
