Our Real Estate Client is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting for their established and rapidly growing organization. The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting will be responsible for managing the expenses (AP Wire Payments, balance sheets, period end closes) and the financial reporting package for our clients' International operations in Hong Kong and the UK (they have their own P& L and consolidate to another entity and FX translation, internal controls). There are very complex transactions and legal entity structures that need to be accounted for. Initially, Senior Manager will have at least two direct reports and, potentially after some time and a period of adjustment, additional indirect reports as well.

Requirements

The ideal Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting will have 7+ years of hands on accounting experience, their CPA, and 2+ years of supervisory experience. You have experience working in a complex, multi-entity, multi-currency environment and thrive under pressure. You lead by example, have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and business process improvements. Real Estate industry experience and any experience with Yardi will be hugely beneficial but are not requisite. If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
