What’s the role about?
As Senior Loyalty Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, development and delivery of loyalty benefits and initiatives within the My John Lewis scheme.
You’re someone who is data driven and has the ability to balance their commercial acumen with a creative and problem-solving mindset. You are obsessed with creating a best in class member experience that turns our customers into fans.
What will you be doing?
Supports within the loyalty team to plan, develop and execute loyalty benefits and initiatives.
Manages core components of the ‘My John Lewis’ membership programme to drive targeted acquisition of new members and deeper engagement of existing members.
Works in partnership with CRM counterparts to ensure we target the right customer, with the right message, at the right time.
Identifies data trends and customer insights to provide a basis for propositional development, always thinking customer first.
Supports the development of capabilities which will deliver an enriched and growing customer database.
Acts as a subject matter expert and consultant to the wider business on CRM and data-driven marketing, so that loyalty is considered as part of plans and ladders up to objectives.
Manages components of the My John Lewis and CRM budget, tracking expenditure against the budget and driving efficiencies to maximize ROIs and customer KPIs.
Works closely with the John Lewis Analytics team to deliver and present regular analysis, diagnosis and KPI reporting of their activity to drive continuous improvements in results and productivity.
Works effectively with external agencies and internal teams to support us on proposition design and CRM capability development.
What you'll have
Experience of working on CRM and loyalty schemes
Ability to balance between customer insights and commercial outcomes
Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively, working on both short and long term projects.
Analytical mindset with experience of analytics platforms e.g GA, Looker, Adobe

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Understanding of continuous improvement methodology
Retail /Omni Experience
Product marketing experience
