This is a pivotal role and requires an experienced, highly organised, and motivated person who is committed to the success and continued evolution of the company.

The Senior landscaper foreman will have the ability to read planting and construction plans, organise your team members, liaising with client to complete the project within a timeframe to a high standard

Key aspects of the role include;

• Demonstrable team leadership experience
• Excavator operator experience
• Class 2 licence
• Sound plant Knowledge
• Ability to read project plans and specifications
• Able to start a job and be hands on thru to completion
• Broad understanding and operations of equipment required for landscape construction
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with key people related to our project
• Ensure that Health and Safety issues are being addressed
• Inspection of completed work when appropriate, to evaluate quality of application and success

To be successful, a background in agriculture, civil, landscaping, turf or another relevant industry would be advantageous.
