The Senior Learning and Development Consultant leads and develops brilliant learning solutions to support personal growth, business strategy and commercial ambitions. It’s at the heart of all we do brilliantly.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of learning products to enhance the capability of our people across Sky Europe, from frontline to 2nd line manager to ensure we have best-in-class learning & development
• Contribute to the solutions required to delivery our 2024 Learning Strategy and the build of a Sky University ecosystem
• Work with external partners and associates to oversee the delivery of key business learning programmes across the whole Group as well as agree contracts and budgets
• Bring together learning resources from across Sky Group – UK, Italy & Germany – to collaborate on Group wide solutions
• Use data to underpin both the solutions and products we provide as well as demonstrate their effectiveness
• Maintain and use expert knowledge of learning methods by researching best practices, evaluating emerging trends and keeping appraised of technological advancements

What you’ll bring:

• An expert in of the principles and execution of learning and development
• Proven track record of effective stakeholder management at a senior level
• A clear communicator, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
• Able to understand and translate business objectives into people development strategy
• Ability to find creative and innovative solutions.
• Ability to work at pace in a rapidly changing environment
