Senior IT Business Analyst - London & WFH - up to £65,000 plus 12% pension

A large-scale not-for-profit organisation in London is urgently seeking a new Senior Business Analyst to help them deliver a wide variety of IT projects - mostly focused on applications delivery and solution delivery. You will also take a senior role in the Business Analysis team - leading, coaching and mentoring less experienced BAs.

This is a role where you can be based from home 4 days a week or follow more of a hybrid model if you would prefer. In addition the organisation has a culture that encourages a healthy work / life balance.

As the successful candidate you must have:

• A strong track record as a senior IT Business Analyst
• Must have experience of Applications and software delivery / integration projects / solution delivery
• Experience of leading and mentoring other BAs would be an advantage
• A self starter - able to work idependently without being micro managed
• An excellent communicator with a collaborative style

You will be rewarded with a package that includes:

• Basic salary of circa £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
