About the Team
We’re a team of passionate individuals trying to make a difference, bridging the gap between digital and physical. With an office in Shoreditch, you can expect the exposed brick, ping pong table and popcorn machine (of course) but we’re about so much more than that, we take the culture of our team incredibly seriously, and have big ambitions when it comes to what we do and how we do it.
This is a full-time position based at our London Offices (approx 1-2 days per week onsite).
The role:
Reporting to our CMO, you’ll lead the CRM function within our Growth Marketing team focussing on the execution of communication programs and lifecycle journeys. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing the global engagement and retention strategy, which leverages content, product features, and brand to maximise customer engagement, lifetime value, and loyalty.
You will lead all our transactional & marketing emails, push, in-app messaging across TouchNote global CRM calendar, and implement initiatives to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention across the entire customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and expanding the onboarding strategy for new TouchNote subscribers.
In this role, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams on tactics and campaigns that improve the customer experience and drive customer lifetime value and retention, including sales, calendar-led moments such as Christmas, and product launches. You will also manage our relationships with customer engagement technology platforms.
To succeed in this role you need to be comfortable with strategy and analysis but also hands on with execution when needed. You’ll also be confident at presenting results and insights to senior management.
