Key deliverables include:

â–ª Co-ordination of investor reporting ensuring quarterly deliverables are met by various internal and external parties.

â–ª Involvement in Annual/rolling audit and report production

â–ª Cash management (transactional, capex, income, distributions)

â–ª Capital call and distribution calculations

â–ª Finance related investor correspondence

â–ª Other financial deliverables and calculations as required under fund documentation and investor agreements

â–ª Preparation of finance materials for investor presentation decks and internal reporting obligations.

â–ª Expense management

â–ª Rent collection reporting

Assisting the Senior Fund Controller with:

â–ª Corporate and fund forecasts

â–ª Structuring and transaction related due-diligence

â–ª Fee calculations including waterfall calculations

â–ª Continual compliance management (tax structure and transfer pricing, regulatory, financial, statutory)

â–ª Debt financing

Person Specification:

o ACA / ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience,

o Audit / Transaction services experience with Big Four or mid-tier accountancy firm or significant experience at a real estate/private equity fund manager,

o Ideally Pan European/multi-jurisdictional experience,

o Strong technical and accounting skills,

o Attention to detail and superb organizational skills.

o Knowledge of INREV

o Languages, ideally French but any EU language would be beneficial

o Strong written and verbal communication

o Team player – able to work effectively and collaboratively within a dedicated team but also a large remote/local platform

o Ability to multi-task well

o Ability to relate well to other people at all levels, internally and externally.
