What you'll do

As a Senior Fraud Prevention Analyst , you’ll be planning and providing high quality analytical root cause analysis to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution. You’ll be capturing, validating and documenting business and data requirements, making sure they are in line with key strategic principles.

You'll proactively recommend improvement opportunities to your stakeholders, embedding a customer focused approach to analytics and the delivery of simple and effective solutions to complex problems.

You’ll also be:

• Presenting analytical insight with clarity and conveying complex information in a way your audience can clearly understand
• Building stakeholder relationships from across multiple franchises and functions, as well as with peers from across the fraud community
• Challenging senior stakeholders to make sure customer journeys are safe and secure, ensuring any fraud risk exposure is identified and remedied in a timely fashion
• Driving better customer outcomes by working with your key stakeholders to identify threats and mitigate accordingly

The skills you'll need

You’ll need a background in business analysis tools and techniques, along with the ability to influence through communications tailored to a specific audience. Additionally, you’ll need the ability to use core technical skills.

You’ll also demonstrate:

• Strong analytic and problem solving abilities
• A keen eye for detail in your work
• A proven track record of senior stakeholder management and engagement
• Strong background and knowledge in a fraud or financial crime role
• An ability to consolidate business requirements to support change programmes
