About the Role:

A challenging contract opportunity is currently available within the CFA finance function. This is an autonomous role for an experienced Financial Analyst, requiring sound judgement to achieve outcomes. The role exists to act as a primary support to the Financial Reporting Manager for financial analysis and reporting during financial month end and extensive year end processes. You will lead and manage financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with the CFA financial management and operation policies, Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and Financial Reporting Directions (FRD).

Please note you will be required to commence immediately through to 30 September, 2022.

About You:

You will be tertiary qualified in accounting with full CPA/CA membership. Essential to this role is your expertise preparing financial reports and statements, an understanding of financial audit and assurance concepts and experience with Australian government entities is preferred. SAP experience is advantageous, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management and ability to translate complex material into meaningful information.
